Hi Folks,

Been a customer of yours for many years. I should have mentioned this issue before. As far as diesels go - your RS2's and RS3's rank as some of my absolute favorites. I have them from your Maybrook Set, L&N Set, and Conn River set. I have seen them improve greatly over this time period. I especially love all the details added in the latest OR versions.

The issue - while you've obviously spent a great deal of time - lovingly detailing the trucks and main body - the darn boxes hanging below the running boards have been left with a massive gap between the boxes and the frame. What worsens the problem - is the boxes use single sided faces - so whenever within 500 feet of the locomotive - you see right through these gaps and out the other side of the model - which for me is an immersion killer. It's been this way since your earliest models to the latest sets you've sold.

I am a modeler and it should be an easy fix to jack these boxes up so they meet the frame. It wouldn't require any new texture work and would literally take only minutes with the model source.

Is this something you could possibly look at and issue a fix? If you could just fix the Conn River set and anything that comes after would make me happy. Thanks for the consideration.

Regards,
Scott

Hi Scott,

I never noticed that, I will take a look and see what I can do.

THANKS!

Rick

Hi Rick,

Yep - that's it. Perhaps one you notice it - it just makes it more obvious.
Smile

Thanks for the consideration.

Also - I'm back in - obviously - nothing changed on my end - but thank you for your help this morning.

Regards,
Scott
