Change Locomotives

I wanted to insert some different locomotives/trains into an existing activity.
I have been searching for a way to change locomotives, however have not had any luck.
I suppose this may not be possible, but thought I would check if anyone knows of a way.

Absolutely possible!

I do this all the time.

Easiest method is using notepad and editing the equipment that way.

Once you see the format used, it's a simple matter of changing the locos, cars etc.

BTW, most of the files associated with activities can be edited in the same manner. I've converted many activities to use equipment I want to use.

try route riter its in the train sim files when you get it go to check acts and it will list all cars and locos you don,t have in red and just change them out .or change them out if you don't like them
