Open Rails - MSTS Poll

Hi All,

As Open Rails adds functionality, we thought we would do a quick poll on how our customers are enjoying our packs!

I voted "Open Rails", however, I don't know about the others here, but I make my activities using the MSTS Activity Editor.

I am aware that there are alternatives like the Activity editor built into TSRE, but I just can't find anything as user friendly as MSTS. So although I enjoy the features and benefits of running Open Rails, I would hope that MSTS compatibility could be maintained, at least so that locomotives and rolling stock can be easily manipulated within the MSTS Activity Editor.

Hi Hans,

I have not had any issue using the MSTS Activity builder with Open Rails only rolling stock. I've only had issues in the sim.

I haven't actually tried any ORTS content in MSTS itself, only the editor. I bought the ORTS Seligman route and found that although the route itself loaded just fine in the editor, the rolling stock that came with wouldn't load inside the MSTS activity editor, causing tons of error messages.

I only use msts I have it on a stand alone windows 7 computer its vary stable I am to old and do not have the pittance to go to open rails . please keep your stuff to always run on msts thanks bobgfla

I'm using only MSTS. Have testing OR-routes without sucess yet on my Windblows XP
