On the routes and activities listed in the team activity page, mos of them say they require payware? does that mean they are not add-ons for train sim? If they are add-ons is there anything special I need to do besides installing them into the correct folder  |

The readme file for each activity should say what is required as add-ons. Typically, the add-ons will include some payware sets from valleypass.com and some freeware sets from train-sim.com. There may also be a requirement to be running MSTS bin.
Each of the add-on pieces should describe how they are to be installed.
