updated to take advantage of Open Rails, will also run in MSTS with reduced detail.

Yes it is!

The Conn River set will have RS2 and RS3 models, Rutland, B&M and maybe others. I'm hoping to also be able to upgrade the FA as well for a CP model, as well as an updated cabview for the Alco S1.

.. and the upgraded B&M RDC is already completed and will be in the set
