Monon 2 activities upgraded.

Hello guys. I am wondering if all the activities for the Monon 2 route will be upgraded/updated so that they will work on the Monon 2 Version 17 of the route. For example, the C&O Freight activity for the Version 10. I would love for that one to be upgraded to work on the Version 17 of the route and all the rest of the activities too.

Hi Scott,

I'm not sure it is possible to upgrade some of these older activities. I just spent a rather frustrating hour trying unsuccessfully to fix one path for one activity.

Worse, it appears that when I open these activities in the editor and they fail to completely load due to broken paths, I lose all AI traffic in the process. This means that I would have to try and recreate a set of activities that I wrote 5-6 years ago from memory. As I couldn't tell you what I had for lunch on Friday, there is nearly zero chance that I could recreate work from 2010-11.

If there are any activity builders out there that can give me some pointers, I'd really appreciate it.

Hi, I may have your acts for Monon still as .apk, cold that be helpful?

I have them as well, but something happens when I try to open them in v17 and I lose content.

I'll try to recreate them (or create new ones), but probably in small bites.

The C&O freight activity has been updated and works on both V15 and V17.

I am currently testing the Varsity activity, have repaired the broken paths, and if everything goes well will forward on to Rick. This is being tested on V17.

Hi Scott,

Between Monon 16 & Monon 17, I remember that Rick Berg made major modifications in the section between Clear Creek (MP224), including the Clear Creek Jct trackage and Harrodsburg (MP234). That section crossed many limestone quarries.

Most of this section had been removed in v17. That means that all paths running through this section would become invalid. That may include the mainline between both mileposts. The rest of the route remained intact, to what I remember.
