I would like to echo this comment.
I am wondering if I really need to get any more loco packs.
Even a few sets of rolling stock make the packs more interesting.
Coaches are also something nice to see.

I will like release a UP Pack with all engines already release and add cars , caboose

but is it fair for buyers who already buy the engines packs ?
for now i work on ACL pack with cars and caboose
but what should i do if i build a new ex: SD40-2, bonus for each set ?? etc... _________________ Gaetan

Having purchased all the current sets, I would purchase packs by reporting mark such as UP if they included renumbers and repaints and not the exact same content as current loco packs.
I could not find a UP caboose.
For a new loco like SD40 you could release the shape in multiple liveries as loco packs. Then later release repaints and renumbers of the locos with rolling stock and caboose for a route pack. |

Here is another thought. Release a set of cars only to match a specific locomotive set ...... and/or release a group of cars with multiple road names from time to time similar to the AirSlide Hoppers, but mix it up a bit with box cars, flats, gons, etc., all from various roads. For the time frame your locomotive equipment represents, the trains were loaded with various roads being represented. Certainly larger railroads had more representation than their competitors.
In viewing trains along the SP in the 1960's and 1970's, I was always on the lookout for foreign equipment and saw plenty. My favorite was a pair of Monon box cars, and a couple CN overhead ice bunker reefers in silver.
For what it is worth.

The 'Conn River' set we are working on for Paul Charland's route will be set up that way. Chris Parker has done a ton of research on what cars would be common on the Conn River line in 1956.
I am doing the same on the passenger side, I purchased the 1956 B&M passenger time table, conductor logs and consist lists from the railroads that served the Conn River. _________________ Rick Franzosa - ZosaTrains
