Hey Rick - I just downloaded the bonus Troop Train cars and the SW8's don't show up in Conbuilder. Any ideas on this? I re-installed them and still are NO-SHOW. The freight cars show up just fine, but the two locos don't.

Thanks for your bonuses for your fantastic Troop Train and your support of our troops.

Hi Jim,

Works for me as well. Did you look at the 'StartErrors.txt' report in the ConBuilder/Reports folder? That might give us a clue.

Thanks

RIck

Attached here are two screenies of the CB Shape Viewer. When CB is loaded, there are no errors as well as the test option shows no errors on these two locos. What do you think here.

Jim

I can't upload the two jpegs here, system error. Something about the maximum size has been reached. The two files are small.

OK - Here is the links for the two screenies from CB Shape Viewer. Let me know if you can't get the screenies.

My mistake, shapes can not be compressed. CONTEXT is showing bracketing () error, as though there is an extra ( or ) in the shape file, but I'll be darned if I can find it.

After I ran this through Polymaster it would no longer compress, nor would it display in Shapeviewer, but it ran fine in MSTS and showed in ConBuilder.
What I wanted to know, Jim, was if there were startup errors in ConBuilder.

NO startup errors in CB. The test for missing files also came up NO.

OK, Jim. I'll check on it next week when I get home.

Sorry for the inconvenience

Rick

It is a missing bracket at the very end of the shape file, i added one at the very end of each shape file and saved then they showed in Shape viewer and i was able to compress in Shape file Manager, I will send the 4 shapes to Rick so he can provide a patch
