There were only the three sets, NE, NW & SE. A SW set would have been cool, mostly ATSF & SP.
But to answer your question, there is no Amtrak SW Heritage set. |

| Well I was wondering since I noticed on a couple of the set info pages where it said it was set X of a planned 4, so thought I may have missed it somewhere. |
