|
|
I'm running a switching activity using the NW caboose from the NW set. When I tried to connect to the caboose using the front coupler (to move the caboose elsewhere), it began to jerk back and forth violently, causing the train to derail.
I am not an expert on WAG files but looking the WAG file for the NW caboose, I find the following:
Coupling (
Type ( Automatic )
Spring (
Stiffness ( 1e6N/m 5e6N/m )
DELping ( 1e6N/m 1e6N/m )
Break ( 1.1e7N 1.1e7N )
r0 ( 20cm 30cm )
)
Velocity ( 0.1m/s )
)
Buffers (
Spring (
Stiffness ( 1e6N/m 5e6N/m )
DELping ( 1e6N/m/s 1e6N/m/s )
r0 ( 0m 1e9 )
)
Centre ( 0.5 )
Radius ( 1 )
Angle ( 0.5deg )
)
If I remove these lines and replace them with the same section from a different BLW freight car, the problem goes away. Is the word "DELping" a typo? |
