It's one of the first routes from Maple Leaf Tracks, on my boxed copy it says 2003 same as for Sandpatch. Looking forward to see the upgraded route if any.

Love the nickname of this route "Lazy, Slow, and Independent".

Hi Benny,

I don't know what the hold-up is. Last I heard it was in final beta, but I haven't been able to get a response from the team for a couple of weeks now.

I'll post something when I hear.

According to their website MLT is working on CN Bala Version 2 and Kicking Horse Pass Version 3 (no release dates yet).

The LS&I route upgrade is an independent project. It is not done by MLT.

Correct, the upgrade is being done by a team led by Nick Ozorak (train-a-mania over at trainsim.com), with permission from MLT.

Some of Rod McLauchlan's screen shots of the LS&I set were taken on a beta version of this upgraded route.

Nick Ozorak just posted over at trainsim.com that the route upgrade is done except for packaging and readme files. He expects to release it in 2 weeks.

Keep in mind that Nick is a college student, and is a tad busy this time of year Wink

Released over at trainsim.com. I would wait a day or two, Nick has a patch that he is adding.

Patch is available in the first 2 Forum sections. Well worth the wait. Route is BEAUTIFUL! Now, if only someone would do that to Sandpatch..
