Just a bit of info to add.
You can get 3 more paint jobs out of the EJ&E and the Soo Line SD9s with the as delivered paint jobs.

The EJ&E locos start out as fairly plain vanilla SD9 locos without the red roof beacon and such.

There is a second J paint scheme between the orange/green livery but was unable to find a good image but it's pretty much the "orange dip" as shown in the other pics linked in this thread but with the Outer Belt herald on the long hood as well.

As to the Soo Line SD9, you not only get the red/white paint scheme but the loco was delivered with the maroon and gold "christmas tree" livery
