PRR Set 3 - Patch 1

There has been an error in the eng files for several of our older Alcos for a long time. It only affects AI trains. The value for Derail Force in the eng file is set to

DerailRailForce ( 2.5*104.3lbs )

it should be

DerailRailForce ( 2.5*104.3t )

TONS, not POUNDS.

This affects many S1, S2, S3, S4, RS1, RS2, RS3, RSD4 and RSD5 models. I will issue more patches, or you can make the change yourselves to the eng files.

I updated the PRR3 patch with fixes for the FP7s, but the link was still pointing to the old file location. Please redownload.
