I have tried everything you instructed, when I first loaded the L&N F9 months ago I remember there was a separated sound down load that had to be loaded to get the Xsound with cab radio chatter, The program works fine with the original sound, but the Xsound is so great, it blows my mind why I am having this problem, I know all the other programs revolve around the L&N F9, if it dosn't work none will work.
Is it possible to purchase from BLW a CD with the L&N F9 with ex sound installed, if so I could try to uninstall what I have and load directly from a CD.
Thanks for your patience and help
Larry

I don't understand your Xsound Larry

is it the X_***.wav ?
x is for outside engine sound

the only things you have to do is install the L&N F9 and setup ( utilities page) file for each pack you have

While my problem is not with this particular engine pack, it is similar in nature.

I am running Windows 7 and tried some DLs from the free section. All are of fantastic quality and I am generally impressed. However, I can not get the external sounds to work properly (horn and bell in particular).

Interior cab sounds are excellent, but when I go to the differnt views, I cannot hear the horn or the bell, but do have external engine sounds.

Any advice anyone has would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
