Hi Bob,
It is freeware (or will be). It was supposed to be released on March 31, but they have run into some difficulty finishing it (scenery related, the track is done).
It's the same track layout as Werner Mueller's Lehigh Valley route, which is available at trainsim.com. It has been converted to scale rail.
That's all the information I have now, I will keep this forum posted as I learn more.
