|
|
Hello Rick. I just installed the BLW/ZT activity last night for the PRR East Region route using the Amtrak Northeast Heritage set and Train Store is reporting that a diner car is missing. I reinstalled the set and updates and patches in a temporary place to see if I missed something and the diner car is not there. Maybe you just goofed in the activity or something. I don't know. Here is the error I got from Train Store:
Error: - Item No. 2
The following File was not found
File: 'BLW_ZT_Amtrak_Budd\Diner1.WAG'
I have looked everywhere for that Diner car and I can't find it anywhere.

Scott,
Hey, give me a break, you just posted this yesterday!!
I have a better excuse this time, I'm not at home.....
That problem has been reported before and I thought I had fixed it. I'll have to dig into it when I return. My work laptop does not have MSTS on it, so there is not much I can do until then.
Sorry I can't respond quicker.

I was just having some fun with you about missing the post. We all need a little sense of humor every now and then. Yes. That response was fast enough.

Rick, I installed the fix for the activity and I am getting the exact same error. The same Diner1.wag car is missing. What next Sherlock? |

I think that means I'm back to this:
'That problem has been reported before and I thought I had fixed it. I'll have to dig into it when I return. My work laptop does not have MSTS on it, so there is not much I can do until then. '
...or something like that....

OK.
I scanned EVERY activity file and EVERY consist file in my PRR Eastern Region directories. There are no calls for 'diner1.wag' anywhere.
I repackaged the activities from this 'clean' source. They are here:

If you still get an error message for diner1.wag, then I am officially stumped.
