hello my name is robert merlo and i have just purchased the B&O pack but when i went to install the pack it ran for about 50 per cent of the file then message came up acces denied to c/program files. microsoft games/blw_FA_B$O con. install then stops i am trying to get another copy will let you know if it comes up ok .
