| I purchased the West SD9 pack a couple days ago using Paypal. I received the confirmation email that the Paypal transaction went thru. I have not received the password to unlock the downloaded material. This is, I believe, my first purchase from BLW. My email address is "priegerklan at yahoo dot com". Remove the spaces and make the @ and . substitutions. Thanks is advance. |

Hello Bill, you have follow instructions and click on return to merchant button (orange button) on paypal comfirmation page ?
if that you have missing the password on the DL page
i PM you right now with DL link, please comfirm if all is ok now

| That did it. I did follow the instructions. What I did not do is see the password on that page the first time. I've always gotten the passwords in a separate email from other payware vendors. Thanks for your help Gaetan, I'm drooling over all your SP merchandise. I'll be back to get more soon. |
