Hi all,
the Milwaukee Road SD9 cabview folder contains a .cvf file for a long hood forward view.
Copying the .cvf file from one of the short hood forward SD9 sets to the Milwaukee Road SD9 cabview folder will solve this.

Opps ! missing that
Take care if you copy another CVF for remove the dynamic lever and change CabViewControls for 17 in the cvf 
i release patch soon, sorry
