The original upgrade was a 'misfire' due to some quality issues unncovered during testing (THANKS GARY!).

While I was fixing things, I took the time to do more research on these locomotives and wound up modifying all of the shape files to match the correct prototypes; EMD F2, Phase IV F3 and Phase I F7.

So, NOW available, the B&M Set Upgrade!! Same password as the B&M set, PM Gaetan for the link.
