Help
I purchased these two products yesterday for some reason this computer has not kept a saved copy and even though i did run both roducts they apparently have not been installed as when i run a seach the computer keeps telling me that none of the contents has been loaded. I am running on a laptop computer running Vista ( Real Pain it the you know where it crashed about a week ago and had to be rebuilt to new specs are you able to help with another copy of thee files sorry to beg .
I lot my darling wife in September and my brain and emotions a struggling to concentrate and i keep making mistakes.
The other problem i am having is when installing a new route and hit the install me button the black window runs bt all you see is access denighed & no one seems to be able to help so far
for your consideration i have not included and e/mail addres as that is dwn at present.

Hi

You probably got a popup that asked save or run and you probably clicked run. That option does just that, it downloads then runs the downloaded file but does not save a copy. There may have been a copy saved, perhaps somewhere in the Temp directory but probably with a name you wouldn't recognize.

You need to select save, you will then get a file requester asking for the destination (and name) for the save. Once it's received you can then run it without losing the actual file. You can then properly archive the saved file so you have a permanent copy of the file.
