Just in time for Christmas, a bonus upgrade to the Amtrak NW set...
Rotating fans on the E8's and E9's!
More to come... the upgrade will eventually be shared with all BLW/ZT E8s and E9s!!

P.S. Yeah, I know they don't rotate on a static screen shot, but trust me, they DO rotate

Use a monitor with lots of flicker and perhaps the fans might just spin
