Updated ( October 01 2010 )

This patch replace by the right cvf file for the MILW SD9

Add steam generator on the 337 & 360 CB&Q Red

Add night cab textures

Change for the right stanchions on the 5300 series Black Widows

Change SD9 GN 576 48" fans for 4x36" fans and
and right stanchions
