The ZosaTrains freeware GG-1 reskins are available at the train-sim.com f/l, and will be made available at the Elvas Tower download area tonight. This is a 206 meg download. If there are sufficient requests, I will also provide this set broken down into smaller chunks. Thanks again to Dick Cowen, Dwight Mitchell, NALW, Tim Muir, www.railfonts.com and anyone else I missed.....
This download, plus the BLW/ZT PRR set and bonus packs, will be used to develop new activities for NECv4 and the PRR Eastern Region.

Very nicely done textures.
Do all your GG1s have that slot at the bottom of the carbody under the cab windows? That was a foothold for the enginemen to use to access the windshield so they could clean it. This became an ICC guideline back in the 1950s, and also accounts for beautiful E units and PAs with grabirons running up their nose.
On the GG1 this change was made when the air intakes were modified, and not all were modified. The best example was 4935.

I think you just told me I need to change about 15 texture files
My textures were based on a single stripe green #4839 with unmodified air intakes. That paint scheme was adopted in 1955, so that would fit with your logic.
Thanks.... I think

Nice done Frank et al with those GG-1, I've just get rid of my old GG-1 and have only to change all missions where those old GG-1 was with my Activity Analyser so I get the right engine in front of right train.

Rick,
First these these units are gorgeous. Outstanding job, but the Pennsylvania units all have a problem. There seems to like a vertical, rectangular halo on all the noses. This happens with all the Tuscan units and the green units. All the others (Conrail, NJT and Amtrak) are fine.

Applying multiple disparate photos onto different sized texture areas mapped to complex curved surfaces is not a whole lot of fun, that's for sure
If I understand what you are talking about, it's where the the roof texture patch meets the nose texture patch.
I'm making a list of items that people are finding for a future update, and I will include this. I also noticed, much to my surprise, that there is no AI lighting.
This set took a significant amount of time. I really need to get away from it for a while, I hope you understand. I will do an update, just not right away.
