MSTS New Haven Railroad Freight Activity for the Mountain Electric Route
This Mountain Electric route activity is the "Drop Job".
In the days of the New Haven Railroad, the "Drop Job" was a diesel powered peddler freight that dropped and picked up cars from non-electrified sidings on the electrified main line between New Haven and New York. In this activity, you drive the "Drop Job" from the Bridgeport Transfer Yard to Cassandra Crossing on the Mountain Electric.
Seventeen switching moves and seventeen AI trains in all. It took me 4 1/2 hours.
Have fun!
Rick
