CN SD40 Cabview and Sound files??

I download the exe file of GB_CN_SD40 and unzip to 1MSTS > Train Simulator > Trains folder and expect everything is good with all files in. But it's not and was surprised to see that I have missing files with Cabview and Sound files for this locomotive, CN SD40. So where are the Cabview and Sound files located in what folder? common.cab folder also common.snd folder or in GB_CN_SD40. The total of missing files are 240. That's a lot missing files. Let me know where to put the Cabview and Sound files?

Don't forget you need to have SD402 of MSTS update

Gaetan -- first want to say thank you for your reply and the problem is mine not yours. My program of Train Simulator mainly in Open Rails have mini routes with trainset and consists too. I forgot to copy/paste one of the folder that are in BNSF folder and now everything is good.
