BLW/ZT H31B PRR 220894 LD issue

I'm having an issue with the freight car BLW/ZT H31B PRR 220894 LD (which I assume is from the PRR 1950 set).

When I attempt to select it in the Activity Editor, the AE crashes.

I see that there is a patch for this set which I have applied. But the problem remains.

I did a compare of WAG files for this car and BLW/ZT H31B PRR 220959 LD (which is in the same folder but which does not cause my AE to crash) and did not see any glaring differences.
