Hi,
I have noticed in the screenshots of many recent BLW Cabveiws that there is a blue colour around the windows and wipers.
Also a strange brown colour on the sander.
I will not purchase another BLW product if these problems are not corrected.
It is dissapointing to see a great quality product has declined to this level.
Regards Geoff. |

Hi Geoff,
I'm not exactly sure what you mean by this. The sander is supposed to be a shade of beige. However I do see a very slight blue tint around the windows, but nothing so serious as to warrant the description of decline that you claim.

I'm sorry, and I don't want to stir a controversy here, but that is a little rash.
The quality of the product has always been top-shelf, and when there are issues, they are quickly remedied. There is another payware vendor that flat out ignores customer feedback, and is incredibly reluctant to admit it when there is a problem with the product, let alone fix it.
BLW recently discovered a fairly serious problem with the latest SD24 pack. Not only did they stop sale it to correct the problems, but re-released the pack with even more content, for the same price! Customer service doesn't get better than that!
Like I said, this is not meant to start a flame war, I just happen to believe that one or two statements that were made were over the top. |

I agree, BLW is and has always been the leader in quality and customer service. The uncalled for remarks could have been handled with a simple PM to BLW and not in a public forum.

Hi,
Yes I may have been a bit hard on BLW.
I have purchased perhaps 30 Blw packs so far.
I would like to thank Gaetan for the patches as the cabs look heaps better now.
Regards Geoff. |
