SD9 Dynamic Brakes

I recently purchased the SD9 East Pack. It is a very nice set. However, while testing the engines I noticed a problem with the dynamic brakes on the PRR and PC models.

What I found was that the Bay Line, Central Georgia, NS and NW models are not designed with dynamic brakes, while the B&O and Chessie models are designed with dynamic brakes. The problem is with the PRR and PC models. While these models have all the dynamic brake control statements, the BrakesEngineControllers statement does not include 'Dynamic'. When you run these engines you can apply the dynamic brakes from the keyboard or the cab and the dynamic brake sound comes on, but in fact nothing happens. My question is should the PRR and PC models have dynamic brakes or not?

I assume the answer is Yes and have added 'Dynamic' to the BrakesEngineControllers statement in my .eng files. However, you may want to fix the download.
