Don't know how I missed this, but within the files/links Gaetan sent to me, in addition to the Penn Central E7 bonus (for PC pack owners) there are also E7 bonuses for GN, B&M and NYC, again, for original pack owners.
Available, if not now, then soon

To be specific:
The B&M E7s are a bonus to the BLW/ZT B&M pack
The NYC E7s are a bonus to the BLW/ZT NYC Passenger pack
The GN E7s are a bonus to the BLW/ZT GN Big Sky Blue pack
The PC E7s are a bonus to the BLW PC pack
