This patch fixes two items found by Nick Ozorak:

1) F7B unit numbers not located correctly

2) flashing ditch lights not fading in and out correctly

Thanks to Nick for the tip, and Cody Camorote for the ditch light fix

UPDATED: added a fix to remove the green dot on the F9As
