Two patches uploaded for Amtrak sets:
For Amtrak NE (Patch 3) - Uli discovered the 'wandering wheels' problem was also afflicting the PC twin-unit diner
For Amtrak SE (Patch 3) - krausyao noticed that three of the E8A units had wheels that did not turn. I replaced the shapes with corrected ones.
